The Friends of Rupert J. Smith Law Library of St. Lucie County was organized in December 2003 in order to promote, aid, develop, and encourage the use of our public law library, the Rupert J. Smith Law Library. The Friends aid in the collection of materials as well as legal resources, provide services to the public and promote legal education and knowledge of the law.
