Public library that opens doors to law could close

"Although usage is on the rise, according to its operators and board of trustee members, the library founded in 1957 is in jeopardy of shutting down next year.

Article V, a revision to the state constitution, is scheduled to take effect July 1, 2004. The change means the majority of funding for the state court system would come from Tallahassee rather than individual counties. "
