Legal Research Class for Ordinary People
The People’s Lawschool: Legal Research for Ordinary People is being offered by the Friends of the Rupert J. Smith Law Library of St. Lucie County to help our citizens understand the law and how to research the law.This course is designed for people who are not afraid to know more. This is a four hour course held at the Rupert J. Smith Law Library of St. Lucie County, located at 218 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida. Free parking is available in the garage across the street. The cost of the course is $25 for students and $35 for non-students.  The class materials include a comprehensive legal research manual and other handouts that will enhance the lectures. The course will be taught by either a judge or a lawyer.
